We are very happy to announce that our colleague Dr. Sylvia A. Newbold has been awarded a Research Visit Grant from the British Society for Neuroendocrinology (BSN)🙌🏽.

Thanks to the great support of this BSN grant, Sylvia will travel to Germany to Prof. Malte Spielman’s Lab. She will learn from our long-term collaborators how to draw developmental trajectories driving the maturation of the Suprachiasmatic Nuclei (SCN) of the hypothalamus, our favourite structure of the brain, as you should know by now!

Astiz’s lab would like to thank the BSN for their support to Sylvia. We have no doubt that she will make the most of it!! 🧬
